PKTOK is a tool for TikTok LIVE streamers, operated by Kazinczi-Nagy Attila (sole trader / egyéni vállalkozó · registered seat: Szegfű utca 4., 2235 Mende, Hungary · registration number: 58843516 · tax number: 48954622-1-33) — “we”, “us”, the controller. Data protection contact: info@pktok.com — this is also the address for exercising the rights described in section 9. Our postal address is the registered seat above.
This policy covers the website pktok.com, the streamer console at app.pktok.com, the remote controller, our mobile and desktop apps, and the overlay pages loaded into broadcasting software.
Two different groups of people appear in this policy, so please read the part that concerns you:

We also fetch your own public TikTok profile page (follower and like counts, bio, profile picture) to show it in your console. Only your own handle is fetched.
You can delete your account from the console. We then erase your account data and your uploaded files, including from disk. What remains is the minimal plan-history record described above.
This section is for people who watch a TikTok LIVE broadcast where the streamer uses PKTOK. When a streamer connects their broadcast to our tool, we receive the public events of that broadcast so the tool can react to them — for example, play a video when someone sends a gift.
We do not receive your e-mail address, your phone number, your password, your private messages, or anything you do outside that broadcast. We do not track you across streamers to build a profile, we do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The purpose is to operate the overlay and the statistics of the broadcast you are taking part in: to trigger the right video or sound, to show scores during PK battles, and to give the streamer a summary of their own broadcast afterwards. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest of the streamer and of us in operating a live-broadcast tool that reacts to the public events of that broadcast (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have weighed this against your interests: the data is limited to what you made public in that broadcast, it is not combined with other sources, and it is not used to profile or target you. You can object at any time — see “Your rights” below.
The streamer decides to use PKTOK on their broadcast and configures what it shows; we build and operate the tool and define its technical means. For the broadcast-event data described here, the streamer and we act as joint controllers. You can exercise your rights against either of us; if you contact us, we will act and, where needed, forward your request to the streamer concerned. Contact us at info@pktok.com.

If the streamer switches on chat read-aloud, the messages it reads out — together with the display name of the person who wrote them — are sent to Google to be converted into synthetic speech. See section 6.
On our pages we count visits with our own self-hosted, cookieless analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so under the ePrivacy rules it needs no consent. We do not store your IP address: it is used only momentarily, in memory, to derive your approximate country and a daily-rotating anonymous visit counter, then discarded. The salt used for that counter changes every day, so we deliberately cannot recognise you across days. We store the page, the language, the referring site, campaign labels, and a rough device and browser type. Country lookup uses a local database on our own server — no third party is contacted. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how our site performs. Raw visit records are kept for at most 90 days. We honour your browser’s Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control signal.
On our advertising landing pages (for example /join/ and the BattleCast pages) we use the
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the TikTok Pixel
(TikTok Technology Ltd.) to measure how our ads perform. If you arrived from a Google ad, we also use
Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Ltd.) for the same purpose, and if you
arrived from an ad shown in ChatGPT, the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel (OpenAI Ireland Ltd.). When you
continue from the landing page to sign up, your choice travels with you to the sign-up page on
app.pktok.com: you are not asked twice, and a “Decline” is respected there too.

Chat read-aloud uses a synthetic voice. When a streamer enables it, chat messages are read out by a machine-generated voice — not a human one — produced by Google Cloud Text-to-Speech (Google Ireland Ltd.), acting as our processor. What is sent: the message text (cleaned of links and emoji, shortened) and the display name of its author. What is not sent: user identifiers, profile pictures, e-mail addresses, or which channel it came from. Google processes it to generate the audio; we do not use it to train any model.
The in-app Support assistant is an AI. When a streamer writes in the Support chat of the console, the answer comes from an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic — Anthropic Ireland, Limited), acting as our processor. What is sent: the conversation (the streamer’s messages and the earlier answers), the console language, and a short read-only summary of the streamer’s own channel that our server prepares so the assistant can spot a wrong setting — for example the channel name, which features are switched on, whether the video source and the live connection work, and how many recent chat messages started with the read-aloud command word. What is not sent: passwords, access tokens, e-mail or IP addresses, payment details, other accounts’ data, or the text of viewers’ chat messages. The assistant cannot change any setting. We keep the conversations for 90 days to check the answers and improve the help texts; the same service translates support messages into Hungarian for our team. The assistant can be wrong — a person answers support tickets.
Beyond that, the Service does not use AI to make decisions about people, does not profile viewers, and does not generate content about you. Some of the ready-made demo clips shipped with the Service were produced with AI video tools; that involves no personal data.

Where a recipient processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes — we cannot read them. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the server is restricted to key-based administrator login. Administrative actions on accounts are logged.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. Viewer data reaches us only from public TikTok LIVE broadcasts, where TikTok applies its own age rules. If you believe we hold data about a child, write to info@pktok.com and we will delete it.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to data portability, and — where we rely on legitimate interest — to object to the processing at any time. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.
Write to info@pktok.com. We answer within 30 days. Viewers: tell us the TikTok display name you used and roughly which broadcast and when, so we can find the records. You do not need an account with us to make a request.
If you are not satisfied you may complain to your national data protection authority. In Hungary: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu. You may also go to court.
We may update this policy. Each version has a version number, shown at the top. For material changes we notify account holders by e-mail or in the console and, where required, ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in.

A tájékoztató a pktok.com weboldalra, az app.pktok.com streamer-konzolra, a távvezérlőre, a mobil- és asztali alkalmazásainkra, valamint az adásszoftverbe betöltött overlay-oldalakra vonatkozik.
Két, egymástól eltérő kör szerepel benne — kérünk, azt a részt olvasd el, amelyik rád vonatkozik:

Lekérjük továbbá a saját nyilvános TikTok-profilod adatait (követők és lájkok száma, bemutatkozás, profilkép), hogy megjelenítsük a konzolodban. Kizárólag a saját nevedet kérdezzük le.
A fiókodat a konzolból bármikor törölheted. Ilyenkor a fiókadataidat és a feltöltött fájljaidat töröljük, a lemezről is. Csak a fent leírt minimális csomag-előzmény rekord marad meg.
Ez a rész azoknak szól, akik olyan TikTok LIVE adást néznek, ahol a streamer PKTOK-ot használ. Amikor egy streamer az adását az eszközünkhöz kapcsolja, megkapjuk az adás nyilvános eseményeit, hogy az eszköz reagálni tudjon rájuk — például videót játsszon le, ha valaki ajándékot küld.
Nem kapjuk meg az e-mail-címedet, a telefonszámodat, a jelszavadat, a privát üzeneteidet, és semmit abból, amit az adott adáson kívül csinálsz. Nem követünk streamereken átívelően, nem építünk rólad profilt, nem adjuk el ezeket az adatokat, és nem használjuk hirdetésre.
A cél annak az adásnak az overlay-ét és statisztikáját működtetni, amelyben részt veszel: a megfelelő videó vagy hang elindítása, a PK-csaták állásának megjelenítése, és a streamer utólagos összesítője a saját adásáról. A jogalap a streamer és a mi jogos érdekünk egy olyan élő-adás eszköz működtetéséhez, amely az adás nyilvános eseményeire reagál (GDPR 6. cikk (1) f) pont). Ezt mérlegeltük a te érdekeiddel szemben: az adat arra korlátozódik, amit az adott adásban nyilvánosan tettél, nem kapcsoljuk össze más forrással, és nem használjuk profilozásra vagy célzásra. Bármikor tiltakozhatsz — lásd a „Jogaid” pontot.
A streamer dönti el, hogy PKTOK-ot használ az adásában, és ő állítja be, mi jelenjen meg; mi az eszközt fejlesztjük, üzemeltetjük, és meghatározzuk a technikai eszközeit. Az itt leírt adásesemény- adatok tekintetében a streamer és mi közös adatkezelők vagyunk. A jogaidat bármelyikünkkel szemben gyakorolhatod; ha minket keresel, eljárunk, és szükség esetén továbbítjuk a kérésedet az érintett streamernek. Elérhetőség: info@pktok.com.

Ha a streamer bekapcsolja a chat-felolvasást, a felolvasott üzenetek — az író megjelenített nevével együtt — a Google-höz kerülnek, hogy gépi beszéddé alakuljanak. Lásd a 6. pontot.
Az oldalainkon saját üzemeltetésű, sütimentes méréssel számoljuk a látogatásokat. Nem tesz le sütit, és semmit nem tárol az eszközödön, ezért az ePrivacy szabályok szerint nem igényel hozzájárulást. Az IP-címedet nem tároljuk: csak pillanatnyilag, a memóriában használjuk a hozzávetőleges országod és egy naponta cserélődő, névtelen látogatás-számláló előállításához, majd eldobjuk. A számlálóhoz használt „só” naponta változik, így szándékosan nem tudunk felismerni napokon átívelően. Tároljuk az oldalt, a nyelvet, a hivatkozó oldalt, a kampány-címkéket, valamint a nagyjábóli eszköz- és böngészőtípust. Az ország-meghatározás a saját szerverünkön lévő helyi adatbázisból történik — harmadik felet nem keresünk meg. Jogalap: jogos érdekünk az oldal teljesítményének megismeréséhez. A nyers látogatási rekordokat legfeljebb 90 napig tartjuk meg. Tiszteletben tartjuk a böngésződ Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control jelzését.
A hirdetési céloldalainkon (például /join/ és a BattleCast-oldalak) a
Meta Pixelt (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) és a TikTok Pixelt

A chat-felolvasás gépi hangot használ. Ha a streamer bekapcsolja, a chat-üzeneteket gépi — nem emberi — hang olvassa fel, amelyet a Google Cloud Text-to-Speech (Google Ireland Ltd.) állít elő adatfeldolgozóként. Ami átkerül: az üzenet szövege (linkektől és emojiktól megtisztítva, lerövidítve) és az író megjelenített neve. Ami nem kerül át: felhasználóazonosító, profilkép, e-mail-cím, és az sem, melyik csatornáról érkezett. A Google a hang előállításához dolgozza fel; modell tanítására nem használjuk.
A konzol Support-segédje mesterséges intelligencia. Ha a streamer a konzol Support chatjébe ír, a választ egy AI-modell adja (a Claude, az Anthropic terméke — Anthropic Ireland, Limited), amely adatfeldolgozóként működik. Ami átkerül: a beszélgetés (a streamer üzenetei és a korábbi válaszok), a konzol nyelve, valamint a streamer saját csatornájáról a szerverünk által készített rövid, csak olvasható összefoglaló, hogy a segéd észrevegye a hibás beállítást — például a csatorna neve, mely funkciók vannak bekapcsolva, működik-e a videóforrás és az élő kapcsolat, és a legutóbbi chat-üzenetek közül hány kezdődött a felolvasó parancsszavával. Ami nem kerül át: jelszó, belépési kulcs (token), e-mail- és IP-cím, fizetési adat, más fiókok adatai, és a nézők chat-üzeneteinek szövege. A segéd egyetlen beállítást sem tud módosítani. A beszélgetéseket 90 napig őrizzük, hogy a válaszokat ellenőrizhessük és a súgót javíthassuk; ugyanez a szolgáltatás fordítja magyarra a support-üzeneteket a csapatunknak. A segéd tévedhet — a support-jegyekre ember válaszol.
Ezen túl a Szolgáltatás nem hoz mesterséges intelligenciával döntést emberekről, nem profilozza a nézőket, és nem generál rólad tartalmat. A Szolgáltatással szállított kész bemutató-klipek egy része AI-videóeszközzel készült; ez személyes adatot nem érint.
További adatfeldolgozók és címzettek:
Ha egy címzett az Európai Gazdasági Térségen kívül kezel adatot, az adattovábbítást az Európai Bizottság általános szerződési feltételei vagy megfelelőségi határozat fedi.
A jelszavakat kizárólag sózott, titkosított lenyomatként tároljuk — nem tudjuk elolvasni őket. A forgalom HTTPS-sel titkosított. A szerverhez való hozzáférés kulcs-alapú adminisztrátori belépésre korlátozott. A fiókokat érintő adminisztrátori műveleteket naplózzuk.
A Szolgáltatás nem 18 év alattiaknak készült, és tudatosan nem hozunk létre nekik fiókot. Nézői adat kizárólag nyilvános TikTok LIVE adásokból jut el hozzánk, ahol a TikTok a saját életkori szabályait alkalmazza. Ha úgy gondolod, hogy gyermekről kezelünk adatot, írj az info@pktok.com címre, és töröljük.
Jogod van hozzáférni az adataidhoz, kérni a helyesbítésüket vagy törlésüket, az adatkezelés korlátozását, az adathordozhatóságot, és — ahol jogos érdekre hivatkozunk — bármikor tiltakozni az adatkezelés ellen. Ahol hozzájárulásra hivatkozunk, azt bármikor visszavonhatod, ez a korábbi kezelés jogszerűségét nem érinti.
Írj az info@pktok.com címre. 30 napon belül válaszolunk. Nézőknek: add meg a használt TikTok megjelenített nevedet, és nagyjából azt, melyik adásról és mikor volt szó, hogy meg tudjuk találni a rekordokat. A kéréshez nem kell nálunk fiókkal rendelkezned.
Ha nem vagy elégedett, panasszal fordulhatsz a saját országod adatvédelmi hatóságához. Magyarországon: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu. Bírósághoz is fordulhatsz.
